The Control of Industrial Odours

A properly standardized test of intelligence, aptitude or attainment can be of use in selection, provided it is validated and the test results are interpreted by a fully trained specialist. The construction of tests is described, and the results of various selection methods discussed, with particular emphasis on the tests and selection procedures used at Rowntree Mackintosh Limited, over the past 50 years.
