A Case of Nephrotic Syndrome in a Calibrator of Precision Glassware

Nephrotic syndrome is described in a 37-year-old woman occupationally exposed to metallic mercury. She exhibited no other symptoms or signs of mercury poisoning and renal function returned to normal on removal from mercury exposure.
