* To whom correspondence should be addressed. Abstract Exogenous lipid pneumonia can exceptionally be caused by occupational exposure to paraffin. The authors report a case of severe interstitial pulmonary disease induced by occupational exposure to paraffin, leading to delayed fibrosis over a 25-year follow-up, despite cessation of exposure.
